TransaXional is a Y to X approach to business process problems. Rather than asking “what is going wrong?”, we ask the question “what must go right?” to understand the intent of the business process, and then contrast this against real instances of process failure.

The first step in your TransaXional journey is to attend the TransaXional Apprentice class and complete a project with the help of a Shainin coach. We strongly recommend that a group of people attend training and work together on projects.

TransaXional certifications follow the same structure as other Shainin methodologies, with the following certifications available:
