To be certified as an RT5 leader, you must attend the class, sponsor 5 problem-solving projects to full completion under the guidance of a Shainin coach, develop an RT5 work package and succeed in the RT5 Interview.

There is no specific requirement to attend the class. However, if you are targeting the certification, you must be able to sponsor projects.

The training will give you the keys to selecting the right problem-solvers, to identify the major problems to address inside your organization, and the skill set to sponsor projects to closure in a short time frame.
